1/3 cup soy sauce, low sodium
1 tablespoon sesame oil, divided
2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon hoisin
1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce (optional)
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
