Cauliflower Crust, cooked and ready for toppings.

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked, riced cauliflower (directions to follow)
•
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (original recipe called for 1 cup)
•
1 egg, beaten
•
1 tsp dried oregano (I used basil as I’m not a big fan of oregano)
•
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
olive oil (optional)
•
pizza sauce, shredded cheese and your choice of toppings*
