Fresh mango chunks (or 1/2 ounce mango puree)

1 ounce cilantro-mint simple syrup

2 lime wedges

Club soda

In a large saucepan, bring 4 cups water, 1 cup fresh mint, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, and 1/4 cup sugar to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool. Strain, discarding solids. (Makes 1 party-sized b
