8 ounces baby bella mushrooms (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup white wine (I use Pinot Grigio)
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh parsley (chopped and divided)
2 teaspoons fresh lemon thyme (or thyme)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
