3 cups Bob’s Red Mill Organic Unbleached White All Purpose Flour
2 cups dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter (melted, divided)
2 tablespoons olive oil (to oil bowl for dough)
¼ Bob’s Red Mill Organic Unbleached White All Purpose Flour (to roll out the dough)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (to oil the cast iron)
