•
1 cup heavy cream
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
One 12-ounce package whipped cream cheese, at room temperature

Garnish:
•
1 cup orange melting wafers, such as Candy Melts
•
8 medium strawberries
•
3/4 cup crushed gingersnap cookies
•
3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
