INGREDIENTS
1 medium carrot, peeled and finely grated (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
1/2 cup (120ml) buttermilk
1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk (or other milk of your choice)
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, (store-bought or homemade)
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
pinch freshly ground nutmeg
pinch ground cloves
pinch salt (I use Himalayan salt)
More milk, raisins, chopped walnut and grated carrots
