1/2 cup Walnuts
2 tablespoons Flaxseed Meal
2/3 cup Desiccated Coconut
1 cup Oats (instant or rolled oats)
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 cup Soft Pitted Dates (Deglet or Medjool)
1/4 cup Almond Butter (or peanut butter)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional, add if you want the balls sweeter)
