Carrot and Zucchini Bars

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, (optional)
1 1/2 cups shredded carrot, about 2 large carrots
1 cup packed shredded zucchini, about 1 medium zucchini
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup golden raisins, (optional)
1/2 cup butter, or coconut oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons flax seed meal, (optional)
