Carol's Caramel Corn

Carol's Caramel Corn was pinched from <a href="http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/carols-caramel-corn-recipe" target="_blank">www.kingarthurflour.com.</a>

"Here at King Arthur we get pretty excited as Halloween rolls around. Maybe about the costumes, you think, or the bags of candy? While we do dress up and eat our share of mini chocolate bars, we really look forward to our fellow baker Carol Colby bringing in her famous caramel corn. Carol puts generous bagfuls in each of our cubbies, plus another big bowl in the kitchen, and we always manage to eat every last bit.Carol has tinkered with the recipe over the years and considers this version one of the best. Our sticky fingers and faces tell the world we think so, too!..."
