1 tablespoon oil
2 cups water (or beer)
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
