1 tbls flour

1 cup chicken broth
•
15oz can diced tomato's; drained
•
2 green pepper; cut into ¼" strips
•
1 lb potato's; cut into small cubes
•
salt and pepper
•
serve in tortillas or on top of rice
•
cilantro for garnish
