Optional:
White corn tortillas
Pico de Gallo or salsa of your choice
Pepper Jack or Monterrey Jack cheese
1 head romaine lettuce (grilled (see below, if desired) and then chopped into bite size pieces)
Avocado (sliced into wedges)
Limes (sliced into wedges)
