•

Streusel Topping:
•
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
•
1 cup allpurpose flour
•
½ cup quick cooking oats
•
½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened
•
Drizzle:

½ cup caramel topping for drizzling after baked
