Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour (spoon and sweep method*); 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon cinnamon; 2 cups Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar; 1 1/2 cups oil; 8 ounces crushed pineapple (with juice); 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla; 3 eggs; 1 cup raisins; 1 cup walnuts; Basic Butter Cream Frosting; 1 pound Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar; 1 tablespoon meringue powder; 1 cup vegetable shortening; 1 teaspoon vanilla; Decorating; Ice cream cones; Nilla Wafers; Raisins; Red gummy bears; *Using spoon fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. (Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.)
