Ingredients

3 lb
yellow onions (6 to 9 medium onions)
cooking spray, as needed
1 1/2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
dried thyme, crushed
1 tsp
dried rosemary, crushed
salt and pepper, to taste

Step-By-Step

1Halve and slice onions. Coat 12 inch skillet with cooking spray.
2Over medium heat, cook onions in oil for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until soft and golden.
3Stir in thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
4Serve warm or cover and chill for up to 5 days.
