- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

How To Make caramelized onions

Step 1Halve and slice onions. Coat 12 inch skillet with cooking spray.

Step 2Over medium heat, cook onions in oil for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until soft and golden.

Step 3Stir in thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Step 4Serve warm or cover and chill for up to 5 days.
