8 ounces softened cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup dulce de leche
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
