1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups chocolate chips (I prefer dark or semi-sweet, but milk works as well)
•
1 and 1/3 cups flaked coconut
•
1 cup chopped pecans (dry roasted and salted or ideal, walnuts also work)
•
1 pkg (14 oz) Kraft Caramels
•
2 TBSP cream (heavy cream or even half and half will work)
