1 package (3/4 Oz. Size) Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
1/2 c. Brewed Coffee, Cooled
1/2 c. Milk
1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
4 Large Eggs
FOR THE ESPRESSO BUTTERCREAM:
1/2 c. Unsalted Butter, Softened
1/2 c. Salted Butter, Softened
2 tsp. Pure Coffee Extract
2 lb. Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp. Milk, Or More As Needed
2 To 3 Squeezes Chocolate Brown Soft Gel Paste Food Color
2 To 3 Squeezes Warm Brown Soft Gel Paste Food Color
Caramel Sauce, For Drizzling On Top
