INGREDIENTS
FOR CAKE:
21¼ ounces cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup caster sugar (or sugar)
1 t. vanilla extract of 1¼ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
¼ cup sour cream
FOR BASE:
1 sleeve graham crackers or equivilant
5 ounces unsalted butter, melted
FOR NUT TOPPING:
150g macadamia nuts
¼ cup sugar
CARAMEL SAUCE:
4 T unsalted butter
⅔ cup caster sugar (sugar put in food processor)
100 ml or 7 T whipping cream (you could also use storebought caramel)
