1 c. brown sugar

¾ c. melted butter

1 tsp. baking soda

¼ tsp. salt

Fudge Filling:
•
⅓ c. butter
•
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
•
1 (14 oz.) can, sweetened condensed milk
•
1½ c. caramels, cut in half – about 25 caramels(Kraft or Brachs Caramels)
