INGREDIENTS
For Chocolate Pate A Choux:
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
For Caramel Filling:
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
5 large egg yolks
1 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup caramel sauce
2 cups unsalted butter, softened
7-8 Almond Roca candy, crushed
1/3 cup caramel sauce, for garnish
1/4 cup sliced almonds, for garnish
