INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts* (boneless skinless)
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
8 garlic cloves peeled*
1/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 peeled ginger* (1/4 inch thick slices)
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
2 scallions thinly sliced for garnish
