3 cups peeled, cored, chopped apples (about 3 medium apples)

1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 1/3 cups all purpose flour

ICING
•
1/2 cup unsalted butter
•
8oz cream cheese (softened)
•
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

TOPPING

1/3 cup caramel sauce
