6 cups Pink Lady Apples peeled, cored, and sliced into 1/2″ slices
•
1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
•
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
1/4 tablespoon ground allspice
•
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
•
20 Werther's Baking Caramels
•
1 tablespoon heavy cream or half and half
