1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
•
1 teaspoon nutmeg

For the caramel sauce:

2 cans (14 ounces each) of sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)

For the Crumble Topping:
•
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
•
1/2 cup flour
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
1 cup brown sugar
•
1/2 cup COLD butter
