I prefer Duncan Hines); 4 eggs; 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil; 1/2 cup water; 1/2 cup apple sauce; ½ cup instant vanilla pudding; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 3/4 cup brown sugar; 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon; 2 apples (peeled, cored, and chopped into 1/2" pieces); 1/4 cup butter; 1/3 cup brown sugar; sprinkle cinnamon
