Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls

INGREDIENTS
3 Rhodes frozen bread loaves OR
our dough recipe
17 ounces Mrs. Richardson’s Butterscotch Caramel (divided)
4 tart apples (I used Granny Smiths)
cinnamon (to taste)
brown sugar (to taste)
8 ouncs cream cheese-softened
3 tablespoon butter (softened)
1/2 cup caramel (same as above)
1 to 1½ tablespoons powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
