INGREDIENTS

In a big, wide mouthed canning jar, combine:

1/3 cup whole cherry preserves (I used Smucker’s)
•
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
•
3 Tablespoons apricot preserves (I used Dickinson’s”Pure Patterson”)
•
1 heaping Tablespoon fig jam/butter (I used Trader Joe’s)
•
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
•
2 Tablespoons Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
•
2 Tablespoons sweet and spicy chili sauce (such as Mae Ploy or Trader Joes)
•
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (such as Grey Poupon or Trader Joe’s)
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
•
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
