2 pounds of Pollock or Cod Fillets (We’re all 3 pretty sure Captain D’s uses Cod. But either will work.)

1 1/2 cups Flour
•
1 (1/4 ounce) package Dry Yeast
•
1 Egg
•
1 cup Beer (Not lite!)
•
1/2 cup hot Water
•
1/2 teaspoon Salt
•
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
•
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
