4 oz Camembert cheese ( trimmed of rind and softened to room temperature)

8 oz Cream cheese (softened to room temperature)

1/3 C Buttermilk

1/3 C Tarragon vinegar

1/2 tsp Sugar

1/8 tsp Pepper
How To Make camembert cream dressing

1Cream cheeses together, add remaining ingredients, and beat well; cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. Beat well just before serving. Use to dress any crisp green salad. Dressing keeps well (about a week) in the refrigerator.
