2 tablespoons Mayo of choice

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1 cup alfalfa sprouts

1 tomato, sliced thin

1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
