2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspooon black pepper
1 medium red potato, (cubed)
3 cups frozen corn
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 green onions, (sliced)
