1 teaspoon dried thyme
•
1 teaspoon dried sage

1 pound dried red beans (sorted through, rinsed, soaked and drained)
•
4 cups chicken broth (or more as needed)
•
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
•
4 cups cooked white rice for serving
