INGREDIENTS
12 ounces of linguine pasta (cooked)
1 lb of raw shrimp (thawed and tails removed)
1/2 lb of andouille sausage (sliced)
1/2 white onion (chopped)
1/2 cup of heavy cream
4 ounces of cream cheese
1 cup of pasta water ((reserve liquid from pasta))
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of cajun seasoning
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of garlic seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
