CAJUN HOMINY SKILLET - The Southern Lady Cooks

INGREDIENTS
2 15.5 ounce can hominy, rinsed and drained (I use one white and one yellow can of hominy)
5 slices bacon (cooked and drained)
2 tablespoons bacon drippings
1/2 cup chopped green onion or regular onion
1/2 cup chopped sweet green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilis
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
