1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Old Bay
1/2 tsp cumin
Juice of 1/2 lemon
4 (8 oz) salmon fillets
6 tbsp cold unsalted butter (sliced and divided)
1 tbsp finely chopped shallots
1 garlic clove (minced)
3 tbsp dry white wine
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
