1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

2 TBsp water

2 TBsp extra virgin olive oil

1 TBsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tsp white sugar
•
1/2 Worcestershire sauce
•
1/2 dijon mustard
•
salt and pepper to taste ( approx 1/4-1/2 teasp ea )
