This is how my Mom made meatloaf. I have actually measured out the ingredients for you instead of giving you a vague idea of how this is made. I was teaching students how to cook and came up with these other variations of the meatloaf recipe.

How To Make meatloaf with other variations
-
Step 1Meatloaf:In a loaf pan, put the crackers on the bottom, add milk and smash together with a fork until all the milk has been soaked up. Add ketchup, salt and pepper, stir. Add onion and ground beef. Mix and then pat down in pan.
-
Step 2Clean off edges of your pan, bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. Put a layer of ketchup on the top before serving. I usually slice this to serve it.
-
Step 3Meat Balls:omit the crackers and use the Italian bread crumbs instead and add the oregano-mix together and using a cookie scoop, drop the meat balls into a 9X13" pan and bake for 30 minutes-Makes about 30 meatballs
-
Step 4Stuffed Peppers:Wash the peppers, cut off the top of the pepper and clean out the inside making sure you have all the membrane and seeds out of it. Add the rice to the meatloaf recipe. Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture and place in a 2" pan. Add spaghetti sauce over and around the peppers and bake at 350 for about 30-45 minutes
