INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. (80/​20 percent) ground beef
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large cabbage, chopped (It may seem like too much, but it’s not!)
2 cans Hunts fire-roasted, diced tomatoes with garlic (Please don’t think this is too much garlic! These tomatoes are delicious, and I highly recommend them.)
1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
