5 cups cooked cabbage (1 large head) I steamed mine till it was just starting to soften.

White sauce:

3 Tbsp. butter
•
3 Tbsp. flour
•
1 tsp. salt
•
1/4 tsp. pepper
•
2 cups milk
•
Crumb topping:
•
3 Tbsp. melted butter
•
1/2 cup-3/4 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs. (I used bread crumbs)
