Great, simple appetizer. Of course, you can always omit the chopped jalepenos if you want. Serve with tortilla chips or toasted pita bread.

- DRESSING:

3 Tbspred wine vinegar

1/3 colive oil, extra virgin

1 1/2 tspcumin

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make black bean salsa

1Mix black beans, corn, celery, onion, avacado, cilantro & jalepeno together in a bowl

2Mix the dressing together in the order given

3Pour the dressing over the other mixture stir, place in a glass container and refrigerate overnight
