Ingredients
- 4 - pork chops
- to taste - salt and pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup bread crumbs
How To Make breaded pork chops

Step 1Salt and pepper chops. Cover chops with beaten egg then roll chops in bread crumbs

Step 2Fry in grease slowly uncovered until golden brown both sides.

Step 3Bake in covered pan at 350 for 30 minutes
