This was my Mom's recipe. I remember her and several friends getting together to make these for weddings. More hands do more work than one! These are so good!

Ingredients For mints

2 ozcream cheese

1/4 tspalmond or rum flavoring

1 2/3 cconfectioners' sugar

food coloring

sugar
How To Make mints

1Mix all the ingredients together. Add coloring, mix. It's easiest to mix this with your hands.

2You can use molds for these mints or roll small balls, roll in sugar and flatten. Hint-dust the molds with sugar before putting in the mint mixture.
