Prep Time: 15 minutes plus baking and chilling time
Preheat To: 350ºF (180ºC)
Serving: 24 to 36 bars
Ingredients:
1½ cup (375mL) butter, softened
3/4 cup (175 mL) icing sugar
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
2 cups (500 mL) all-purpose flour
2 cups (500 mL) butterscotch-flavoured chips
1 can (300 mL) Regular Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
1/3 cup (75 mL) apricot jam
Sliced almonds, toasted
