INGREDIENTS
1 and 1/4 cups (156g) all-purpose flour (spoon & leveled)
2/3 cup (52g) unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick; 115g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup (60ml) milk (we use almond milk, but any milk works)
3/4 cup (135g) butterscotch morsels
3/4 cup Heath English Toffee Bits ‘O Brickle
optional: sea salt for sprinkling
