Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups brown sugar; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 cup all-purpose flour; 1 cup boiling water; 1/2 stick butter or margarine; 2 tablespoons cream or evaporated milk (I use evaporated milk); 1 teaspoon vanilla
