1 graham cracker pie shell, homemade or purchased
Filling
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 ounces
3/4 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed, about 7 ounces
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
5 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 1/2 ounces
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large egg yolks
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Topping
1 1/3 cups cold whipping cream
2 to 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
