INGREDIENTS
2 c. Buttermilk (I used 2c. 2% milk + fresh juice of 2 lemons)
8 Chicken Thighs (You can also use chicken breasts and legs)
2 c. All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Dry Mustard
2 tsp. Fresh Thyme
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for frying
