1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, (room temp)
1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 large egg white
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk
5 oz dark chocolate (72%), (roughly chopped*)
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup + 2 Tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup heavy cream, (heated)
3/4 cup unsalted butter, (cut into tablespoons)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
